Waterflow inside me

Ok. First off I love the creations of the expression. Vison of the shine of the water dripping off and onto its fins of his neck. My favorite part was the drips neon color on its neck. Scales improved with the back and vision if you ask me. With originality, The horns and eyes are very unique. That's the instance part, especially the movement of the water witch looks like I circular motion added with was also nicely done. How ever the reason why I gave you 4.5 on originality was the background. I believe there's too much background if you see what I'm getting at with the stripes. Technique; I'm not a digital drawer but I can tell this took some time. You really did great on the colors. Yet I love the way you draw, yet when I look at the shadowing and lighting, It seems like the shadowing and lighting arnt mixing. Like cut off.
Impact; I don't see much with Impact of emotion or feeling. But anger, with his expression on his face, but most feelings in my opinion wasn't there but angry, not that much emotion. Overall, I really like it. And doing really great with your visual art ^_^
